Brewing Guide
It's important to note that gunpowder tea is denser than other green teas and as such requires less to make. 3-5 minutes at 80˚C is ideal and like all our green teas, we recommend enjoying without milk. Ensure that you do not burn the leaves as this will leave a bitter taste.
Iced Tea Brewing Guide
- Put the loose-leaf tea or ready filled teabag into your chosen pitcher
- Let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- Strain & you have cold-brew tea that will taste great for days!
- Add your own garnish of fruit or mint to add the finishing touch.
- If you prefer it a little sweeter use our honey spoons for iced tea.
