Rooibos
Rooibos is a delicious smooth caffeine-free drink.
It is great for weight management encouraging quicker fat metabolism, it has anti-inflammatory properties, high in antioxidants helping with diabetes, heart disease and potentially cancer. It keeps cholesterol in check and has muscle relaxant properties to calm down allergies. It has been proven useful in the treatment of eczema, bronchitis and asthma.
