Returns Policy - Our Promise To You

We hope you will LOVE every product you buy from us. As a small company, our customer satisfaction and service is very important to us. Product Returns

We want you to be happy with the products you purchase from us, but understand that sometimes there may be circumstances when you'd like to or need to return them to us. Below are various explanations of how we handle returns in the context of UK Law

Some glass teapots and cups are individually hand-blown by traditional methods, you may notice some small imperfections in the glass itself or shape. This is normal. If you see any actual cracks in the glass, please contact us for a replacement. Do not use if any cracks are visible.

 

Unfortunately, post and packaging are not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or we have made a mistake with your order.

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. Please use a trackable courier to return your item. 

 

When and how will I receive a refund?

We will always try to process all returns as quickly as possible, however, please allow 7- 14 days for us to receive and process your item. As soon as the return has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. The funds will then be returned to the original payment method, which can take up to 7-days. This will depend on the payment method used, bank or time of the year, such as bank holidays and Christmas.

If your order was paid in part, or full, by an eGift Voucher, the refund will be issued in the form of another eGift Voucher up to the value of the original eGift Voucher used.

I have received an incorrect item

We are sorry if you receive an incorrect item. Please let us know by email or via our contact form so that we can rectify this for you.

Cancellation Of Order (After Dispatch/Goods Received)

Of course, we want you to be delighted with your order, but if for any reason you wish to return any product you need to let us know within 14 Days of receiving the product that you'd like to cancel your order for this product, but you have a further 14 days to return the product to us once you've told us. The product you send needs to be in it's unopened, original packaging along with proof of purchase. As soon as we receive your returned product we will refund you the value you paid for the product as quickly as possible within 14 days of receiving your returned product. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Return Shipping Costs For Order Cancellations

If you are returning your order because you no longer wish to keep the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned goods to us. You will also be responsible for the care and safe transport of the product to us as we can only offer refunds on undamaged, unopened products that are in a re-saleable condition. If returned goods from you are received damaged and not of re-saleable quality we will contact you directly to advise as we may not be able to provide you with a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Damaged or Defective Products

We strive to maintain high-quality across all product lines. However, should you receive a product that is either damaged or you believe it to be defective in some way, please let us know as soon as possible but at the latest within 14 days of receipt. Depending on the nature of damage or defect we may ask you to return the items to us. Please do not return any faulty/defective items to us unless we have confirmed for you to do so as we may deem it not cost-effective. On the receipt of (or acknowledgement of) damaged or defective goods we will offer to refund you in full for the product's purchased value and any shipping costs you may have incurred. We may offer to ship a replacement product should this be appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Please note we are only able to accept returns from the original buyer and not any third party.
