Iced Tea Brewing Guide
- Put the ready filled teabag into your chosen pitcher (1 teabag for 1 litre) or 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea per person.
- Fill with cold water & let the tea infuse the water for 6 to 12 hours in the refrigerator.
- For quicker preparation, steep in hot water for 5-10 minutes and add ice.
- Add your own garnish of fruit or mint to add the finishing touch.
- If you prefer it a little sweeter use our honey spoons for iced tea.
Why is it called Lovers Leap?
Lover’s Leap Waterfall got its name from an old legend.
The story goes that a royal prince went hunting in the jungle and got lost. Luckily he met a young lady from the local village and was guided by her. They fell in love, but the Prince his parents were against their marriage and refused to allow it. In their despair at being forced apart, they jumped from the top of the waterfall on the tea estate to their deaths below, where they could be united forever.
